this policy change. The decision was made after a meeting with the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, B.K. Singh, who approved the lateral entry list of 10% of track maintainers in the Dhanbad division. This will allow 77 selected track maintainers to be transferred to other departments, including Signal & Telecom, TRD, and Electrical General Department.
