CCTV footage from the bank branch and identified a suspect. The suspect's picture was posted on social media. The footage shows the suspect inside the bank for about 10 minutes before leaving. The suspect was also seen following the women for a short distance outside the bank but turned back. The bag, towel, bank passbook, and women's committee register stolen from the women were found near a pond behind the old railway line near the Hiran Park in Ramdera. The Ranchi Railway Police have recovered these items.
