Drivers aur assistant drivers bhi engine ke andar paani ki kammi aur saaf safai ki dikkat ki shikayat karte hain. Railway safety ko priority dene ka claim karta hai, lekin drivers aur assistant drivers ki working conditions, jo hajaro passengers ki suraksha ke zimmedar hain, bahut kharab hain. Article mein drivers ki wellbeing pe bhi dhyan nahi dene ki baat bhi hai, unko 30 ghante ki duty ke baad sirf 16 ghante ki aaram ke liye ghar bheja jaata hai, jisse unka personal life bahut prabhavit ho raha hai.
