replanting ke liye clear strategy na hone ki baat pareshan kar rahi hai. Unka kehna hai ki existing railway network ka istemaal karke city ke commuting needs ko poora kiya ja sakta hai, jisse koi bhi tree cut karne ki jarurat nahin padegi.
