response nahi mil raha hai. Iska main reason hai special trains ka fare, jo ki regular trains se zyada hai. Is wajah se passengers special trains mein travel karne se hesitate karte hain, halanki regular trains mein bahut lambi waiting list hoti hai. These special trains ko passengers ki crowd ko manage karne ke liye chalaaya gaya tha, lekin kam response se railway ki plans par pani firta dikh raha hai.
