Passengers have pointed out that the Rs. 40 crore investment in the 5th and 6th track lines, intended to improve suburban train speed, seems to have been wasted. Passengers ne yeh bhi bataya ki 5th aur 6th track lines pe Rs. 40 crore ki investment, jiska matlab tha suburban train ki speed badhana, waste ho gayi hai. MMC suburban complex mein platforms pe achcha management nahi hone ki wajah se, platforms 12 aur 16 ke liye sirf ek discharge platform hai, isse crowd bahut badh raha hai.
