a TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) within one hour of the train's departure from the station where the chart was prepared. The TDR must include an explanation for missing the train. If you cancel your ticket before filing the TDR, you will not receive any refund. Offline tickets require filing a TDR at the ticket counter.

liye, tumhe TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) file karna hoga, train ke departure se ek ghanta ke andar, us station se jahan chart ban gaya hai. TDR mein, tumhe reason bataana hoga ki tum train kyun miss kiya. Agar tum TDR file karne se pehle apna ticket cancel kar dete ho, toh tumhe koi refund nahi milega.
