Narela, Bawana, and Alipur and provide a boost to development in the Narela-Bawana sub-city. The route will connect various important locations, including an education hub, a multi-modal logistic park, and a medical campus. The Delhi component of the project will be funded by the Centre (40%), DDA (Rs 10 billion), and the Delhi government (20%), with 37.5% coming from loans. The Haryana component will be funded by the state government (80%) and the Centre (20%). The route is expected to have a daily ridership of 1.26 lakh by 2028 and 3.8 lakh by 2055, providing seamless interstate connectivity between Ghaziabad, Delhi, and Kundli.
