the Sealdah division topped the list with 4210 complaints. The most common complaints against the Vikramshila Express were about its late running, cleanliness, and electrical issues. The railway board has directed the Eastern Railway's Additional General Manager to take action to improve the performance of the trains with the highest complaint numbers, including the Vikramshila Express, Tata Nagar Express, Howrah-Amritsar Express, and the Kalka Mail (now Netaji Express).
