Jammu Tawi Express and purchased a water bottle from the pantry car vendor. He was charged 20 rupees for the bottle, which is 5 rupees more than the authorized price. Upon questioning other passengers, Saini learned that they had also experienced similar overcharging. He has stated that action will be taken against the vendor as per IRCTC regulations.

Dusre passengers se baat karne par, Saini ko pata chala ki unse bhi overcharging kiya gaya tha. Unhone kaha hai ki IRCTC rules ke hisaab se vendor ke against action liya jaayega.
