baad leave encashment aur additional pension dene se mana kar diya gaya tha. Court ne decide kiya ki wo Chairman ke time ke liye leave encashment ke layak hai lekin additional pension nahi, kyunki unki combined pension Rs. 4,80,000 per annum ki limit se zyada ho jaayegi. Court ne Railway Claims Tribunal Rules, 1989 ke Rule 6(1)(i) ko cite kiya, jisme likha hai ki Chairman ko har saal ki service ke liye 15 din ki leave milti hai. Court ne additional pension ko deny ke government ke decision me koi badlaav nahi kiya, court ka maanana tha ki petitioner ka iske liye koi legal right nahi hai.
