a tanker overturned on the newly constructed road after a portion of the approach road collapsed. The collapse caused damage to the railing and resulted in a 200-foot long section being broken. Several other areas of the approach road have also started to sink. Additionally, potholes have developed on the concrete surface of the overbridge.
