demanded the money in exchange for providing the passenger a seat to Satna. The incident was captured on video and uploaded to social media, prompting a complaint to the Rail Madad helpline. Following the incident, the Senior DCM Dr. Madhur Verma initiated an investigation and immediately suspended the TC. He has also been served a penalty charge sheet and will be transferred to another division. The Senior DCM stated that such conduct will not be tolerated.

Train number 12168 Mumbai LLT Superfast Express se Prayagraj se Satna jaane wala yeh passenger tha. Incident ka video social media pe viral hone ke baad Rail Madad helpline pe complaint bhi ki gayi thi. Incident ke baad, Senior DCM Dr. Madhur Verma ne investigation start ki aur TC ko suspend kar diya. TC ko penalty charge sheet bhi di gayi hai aur use dusre division mein transfer bhi kiya jaayega. Senior DCM ne kaha ki aise conduct ko bardasht nahin kiya jaayega.
