Mumbai ke alawa, Uttarakhand mein bhi barish ka dhum hai, flooding aur roads block ho gaye hain, traffic band hai. State emergency operations center ne kai districts mein heavy rainfall ka warning diya hai. Landslides ne kai roads block kar diye hain, Badrinath highway bhi band hai.
