railway staff will close off the underpass if the water level rises above one foot. The underpass was inaugurated four months ago, replacing the existing railway gate on the Hapur-Ghaziabad railway line. The unfinished sump well is causing the underpass to flood during rain, effectively dividing the town into two parts and hindering traffic flow.

wajah se, barish mein underpass mein paani bhar jaata hai aur Hapur do hisson mein baant jaata hai. Logon ka aana-jana mushkil ho jaata hai. Ek foot se zyada paani bharne par, railway staff underpass band kar dega, taaki kisi accident se bacha ja sake.
