The Konkan coast has been experiencing heavy rainfall for the past three days, with a yellow alert issued for Ratnagiri and Raigad, and a red alert for Sindhudurg, indicating further heavy rainfall in the coming days. The Netravati train traveling towards Mumbai and the Mangala Express traveling from Ernakulam to Delhi were delayed by 5 to 6 hours due to the disruption. The incident also affected the schedules of other trains on the Konkan Railway route.

tak chala, jab tak obstruction clear nahin ho gaya aur train service resume nahin ho gayi. Konkan coast pe last three days se heavy rainfall chal raha hai, jisse Ratnagiri aur Raigad mein yellow alert aur Sindhudurg mein red alert jaari kiya gaya hai, iska matlab hai ki aane wale dinon mein aur bhi heavy rainfall hone wali hai. Disruption ki wajah se, Mumbai ki taraf jaane wali Netravati train aur Ernakulam se Delhi jaane wali Mangala Express 5-6 ghante late chali. Is incident se Konkan Railway route pe chalne wali aur bhi trains ke schedule par asar pada hai.
