अगले वर्ष चालू होगी तिलैया-कोडरमा रेल लाइन

The much-awaited Rajgir-Tilैya-Koderma railway line, which has been under construction for nearly 21 years, is expected to be operational by next year. The majority of the line is already complete. Work on the section between Kharound and Jamundaha stations, which was previously stalled due to environmental clearance, is now progressing rapidly...

after receiving the necessary approvals. Railway officials anticipate train operations to commence on the Rajgir-Koderma via Tilैya line by March 2025. The remaining works on this section are being expedited to meet this deadline. The 46 km stretch from Rajgir to Tilैya has been operational for some time, while the 24 km section from Tilैya to Kharound was completed years ago. The Tilैya-Kharound line is already operational, with trial runs completed and occasional freight trains operating. The remaining section from Kharound to Koderma is currently under construction. This project involves work in both Bihar and Jharkhand. Sources report that the Dhanbad Railway Division in Jharkhand has already constructed 17 km of track between Koderma and Jharia. However, 23 km of work remains incomplete, primarily due to the challenging terrain of dense forests and mountains. This remaining section between Kharound and Jamundaha is 15 km long and includes the construction of four tunnels and seven major bridges. Two of the tunnels are 3.5 meters long, one is 2.55 meters long, and another is 2.20 meters long. The construction of one of the 3.5-meter tunnels is complete, and work on the second one is approximately 80% finished. The remaining tunnels are also under construction. Railway officials state that around 10 km of track between Kharound and Jharia stations has been laid. The anticipated completion date for the entire Rajgir-Koderma via Tilैya line, barring any unforeseen delays, is March 2025. This new rail line will provide a direct rail connection between Bihar and Jharkhand, shortening travel time between the two states. Currently, the only rail route between the two states runs through Gaya and Bhagalpur. The new line will facilitate easier access between Rajgir, Patna, Bakhtiarpur, Koderma, and Ranchi. It will be particularly beneficial for residents of Nalanda, Shekhpura, Nawada, and Gaya districts, offering direct access to Jharkhand for trade and business. The region's significant agricultural produce can be transported directly to markets in Ranchi, Dhanbad, Koderma, and other Jharkhand cities.

21 saal se wait kar rahe hain, Rajgir-Tilैya-Koderma rail line ka, finally next year open hone wala hai.

Yeh project Bihar aur Jharkhand dono mein ho raha hai. Dhanbad Railway Division ne Koderma se Jharia tak 17 km track banaya hai, but 23 km abhi baaki hai, because forests and mountains bahut difficult hain. Kharound aur Jamundaha ke beech 15 km ka section hai, jisme 4 tunnels aur 7 bridges banne hain. Do tunnels 3.5 meter long hai, ek 2.55 meter aur ek 2.20 meter ka. 3.5 meter wala ek tunnel ban gaya hai, aur dusre ka 80% kaam ho gaya hai. Baki tunnels bhi ban rahe hain. Railway ke officials ka kehna hai ki Kharound se Jharia tak 10 km track ban chuka hai. Agar koi problem nahin aayi, toh March 2025 me Rajgir-Koderma via Tilैya line chalne lagega. Is line se Bihar aur Jharkhand ke beech direct rail connection aayega, aur dono states ke beech travel time kam ho jaayega. Ab tak Gaya aur Bhagalpur ke raaste hi train jati thi. Is line se Rajgir, Patna, Bakhtiarpur se Koderma aur Ranchi tak jaana aasaan ho jaayega. Nalanda, Shekhpura, Nawada aur Gaya ke logon ko yeh bahut faida hoga, because ab woh aasani se Jharkhand me business kar sakte hain. Is region ka agricultural produce bhi aasani se Ranchi, Dhanbad, Koderma aur Jharkhand ke dusre cities me ja sakega.
