Passengers complain about the lack of space, even to stand, during peak hours and the failure of the Metro to meet its promise of a train every 3 minutes on the Raidurg-Ameerpet route. The overcrowding also poses safety hazards as passengers are forced to stand beyond the designated line on the platform, leading to potential pushing and falling onto the tracks. Passengers are urging the Metro authorities to address the overcrowding issue by increasing the frequency of trains during peak hours.

Passengers complain ki peak hours mein khade hone ke liye bhi jagah nahin hai, aur Metro apne waade, har 3 minute mein train chalaane ke, ko Raidurg-Ameerpet route par pura nahin kar payi hai. Bheed ki wajah se safety ka bhi khatra hai, kyoki passengers ko platform par designated line se bahar khade hone par majboor kiya ja raha hai, jisse dhakka-mukki aur track par girne ka khatra hai. Passengers Metro authorities se peak hours mein trains ki frequency badhane ki maang kar rahe hain.
