Ambala Division of Indian Railways is implementing a plan to reduce crowding at the Ambala Cantt Railway Station's inquiry counter. The initial phase of this initiative focuses on high-traffic areas. These speakers will be connected to the railway's CRIS system, broadcasting train information to passengers within the station premises. Two additional LED screens will be placed in high-traffic areas, including near the escalator and reservation center. Further, speakers will be installed near the UTS counter, old ATM booth, car parking area, railway court, RPF post, and reservation center.
