Yeh system staff aur passengers ko bhi instant notifications deta hai mobile app ke through. Western Railway ke Chief Public Relations Officer Vineet Abhishek ne kaha ki yeh system manpower ko optimize karne ke saath-saath passengers ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hai.
