Ernakulam – Bengaluru Vande Bharat: Triweekly express with 8 coaches recommended

The Southern Railway has received a favorable feasibility report for the Ernakulam-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express service, recommending an eight-coach express special operating thrice weekly. at 4.30 am, reaching Ernakulam at 1.20 pm. The Railway Board is also considering allocating two Vande Bharat sleeper trains to Kerala, with proposed routes being Kochuveli-Bengaluru and Kanyakumari-Srinagar. The construction of these sleeper coaches is underway at BEML's Bengaluru factory, with ten rakes scheduled for completion by December. Similar to Rajdhani Express trains, all compartments will be air-conditioned.

Railway Board Kerala ke liye do Vande Bharat sleeper trains allocate karne pe bhi विचार कर रहा है, jiska proposed routes Kochuveli-Bengaluru aur Kanyakumari-Srinagar hai. In sleeper coaches ka construction BEML ke Bengaluru factory mein chal raha hai, aur December tak 10 rakes complete hone wali hai. Rajdhani Express trains ki tarah, sab compartments air-conditioned honge.
