55 EMU trains fully cancelled from 23 July to 14 August as part of remodelling works in Tambaram Yard; check details

Due to remodelling work in Tambaram Yard from July 23rd to August 14th, several EMU train services in various sections around Chennai are fully cancelled. Tirumalpur and Chennai Beach, and Guduvancheri and Chennai Beach. Southern Railway has announced passenger special trains will be operated in lieu of the cancelled services. For instance, special trains will run between Chennai Beach and Pallavaram, Pallavaram and Chennai Beach, Guduvancheri and Chengalpattu, and Chengalpattu and Guduvancheri during this period.
