is required for finalizing the detailed project report (DPR). A consultant company from Delhi has prepared an initial DPR, estimating the project cost at 680 crores. This cost includes construction, shifting of pipelines, sewer lines, electrical cables, communication cables, etc., but excludes the Railways' estimate. The Setu Nigam has written several letters and held meetings with the North Eastern Railway to obtain the estimate.

Isme construction, pipelines, sewer lines, electrical cables, communication cables, etc. ki shifting ka cost shamil hai, par isme North Eastern Railway ka estimate nahin hai. Isliye isko final form nahin diya gaya hai. Setu Nigam ne estimate ke liye North Eastern Railway ko kaafi letters likhe hain aur meetings bhi ki hai.
