The station building is undergoing renovation, with the foundation of the station's porch and the roof level of the waiting hall completed, and plastering work in progress. The roof level of the waiting room, station superintendent's office, and VIP room has been completed, with plastering ongoing. Bricklaying and filling of the booking office up to the plinth level are also finished. The signaling and electrical cabling systems have been streamlined, and the water supply system has been restored. Work on the booking office plinth level is complete, and work is progressing rapidly on developing the circulating area, which will include construction of a guest room, parking facilities for passengers' vehicles, the main gate, and the circulating area itself. The total cost of these works at Ramdevra station is estimated at ₹18.22 crore.
