9:30 am, resulting in train delays of over 30 minutes. The Harbour Line connects Mumbai with Navi Mumbai, and the disruption affected lakhs of passengers daily. During the disruption, passengers were allowed to use the Trans-Harbour line with their existing tickets and passes. complete ho gaye, jisse trains 30 minutes se zyada late chal rahi thi. Harbour Line Mumbai ko Navi Mumbai se connect karta hai aur is disruption se daily lakhon passengers affected hue. Disruption ke time, passengers ko Trans-Harbour line pe apne existing tickets aur passes se travel karne ki permission thi.
