Eden ne Union Railway Minister ko service shuru karne ke liye ek letter likha hai aur woh X platform par ek campaign chalane wale hain jisse public pressure banaye ja sake. Service shuru mein special service ke roop mein chala tha aur uske bad mein revenue dekh kar decide kiya jata tha ki woh chalana hai ya nahi. Service band hone se passengers ke pass limited options bach gaye hain aur unhe bahut zyada paise dene pad rahe hain, khaas kar Onam mein jab yeh route bahut crowded hota hai. MP ko umeed hai ki passengers ki pareshani ka koi hal niklega.
