modern signaling technology 'Kavach' has already been implemented on 80 route km and is underway on 750 route km. Additionally, 382 level crossing gates have been provided with interlocking facilities and work is ongoing on the rest. Automatic signaling has been completed on 1000 route km and is ongoing. These efforts are expected to significantly improve safety. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by D K Srivastava, Secretary, IETE.

PCSSTE NCR Satendra Kumar ne bataya ki suraksha ke liye modern signaling technology 'Kavach' pehle se hi 80 route km (ek route kilometer railway ke gauge ki doori hai, jismein iski kaam karne wali lines shamil hain, jise ek single line ke roop mein mana jaata hai) mein shuru ki ja chuki hai aur 750 route km par kaam chal raha hai. Level crossing par suraksha ke liye 382 gates ko signal ke saath interlocking ki suvidha di gai hai aur baaki par kaam chal raha hai. Iske alawa 1000 route km mein automatic signaling ka kaam bhi pura ho chuka hai aur aage bhi kaam chal raha hai. In sabhi prayas se suraksha mein kaafi had tak sudhar hoga. Samaroh ka samaapan adhyaksh D K Srivastava sachiv IETE ke aabhaar ke saath hua.
