Due to the heavy crowd, he lost his balance and fell from the train. He sustained severe injuries, including a broken shoulder, head injuries, and multiple fractures. His body remained on the tracks for six to seven hours before a police official was informed on Thursday morning. Despite being rushed to the hospital immediately, he was pronounced dead due to delayed treatment. Gondke joined the police force in 2018 and was stationed at the Andheri Railway Police Station. An accidental death report has been filed.
