reserved ticket holders, were directed to the same four passenger shelters, causing inconvenience. Reserved ticket holders faced difficulties entering the station due to overcrowding, often missing their trains. To address this, the North Central Railway administration is creating a separate passenger shelter specifically for reserved ticket holders to facilitate smooth entry into the station.

Prayagraj Junction par banaaye gaye char passenger shelters se hi sabhi passengers ko pravesh diya ja raha tha. Reserved ticket holders ko vishesh paristhitiyon mein officers rest house se pravesh diya gaya tha. Isse regular train se safar karne wale musafirons ko bahut pareshani hui. Regular train mein reservation karaane wale passengers ki shikayat yeh thi ki unhen samay par pravesh nahin mil pata. Bheed zyada hone ke karan kai baar train chhutne ki sthiti ho jati thi, jis ke baad Uttar Madhy Railway prashasan ne iske liye alag se taiyari ki hai. Passenger shelters ke atirikt ek alag passenger shelter banaya jaayega, jisse regular reservation wale musafirons ko sahajta se station mein pravesh mil sakega.
