incident in Uttar Pradesh saw a man arrested for attempting to derail a train by placing iron rods on the tracks, and in September, a 16-year-old was apprehended for placing a fencing pillar on the tracks near Banda-Mahoba. The Gwalior incident has led to a case being filed against an unknown individual under the Railway Act.
