Witnesses ka maanana hai ki signaling mein bhari chuk thi, jo ki last year ki Koramandal Express accident jaisi hai. Ya accident India ke railway signalling system mein hone wali chukti ko ujaagar karta hai aur safety standards par sawal uthata hai.
