The upcoming trains will operate on the new 45.4 km Line-3 (Madhavaram – Siruseri SIPCOT) and 44.6 km Line-5 (Madhavaram – Sholinganallur) and will adhere to Grade of Automation-4 (GoA4) standards, enabling driverless operations. The contract scope includes design, manufacture, supply, testing, commissioning, training, and depot machinery maintenance. Meanwhile, Alstom is nearing the rollout of its first 3-coach train for Line-4. Another rolling stock contract for Line-3 and Line-5, under Package ARE04A, is currently under bid, with technical bid openings scheduled for October 19.

Contract mein design, manufacture, supply, testing, commissioning, training, aur depot machinery maintenance bhi include hai. Iske alawa, Alstom apna pehla 3-coach train Line-4 ke liye jaldi launch karne wala hai. Line-3 aur Line-5 ke liye, Package ARE04A ke under, ek aur rolling stock contract ke liye bidding chal rahi hai, jiska technical bid opening October 19 ko hoga.
