The return journey will depart from Purnea at 11:55 PM and arrive in Ranchi at 2:25 PM the next day. This is in addition to other special trains being run from Ranchi to Katihar and Uttar Pradesh, and other routes including Secunderabad-Santragachi-Secunderabad, Secunderabad-Shalimar-Secunderabad, Chennai Egmore-Santragachi-Chennai Egmore, and Secunderabad-Darbhanga-Secunderabad.
