maamla hai - railway colony mein pani tank ke paas ek septic tank bana hai. Isme gas release karne wali pipe ki height bahut kam hai, quarters se bhi neeche, matlab stench seedha residents ke paas jaayega. Jab ye baat railway official Rana Chakravarty se puchhi gayi, to unhone kaha ki press ko chinta karne ki kya zarurat hai, jab koi complaint hi nahin kar raha. Par ye baat toh galat hai, low-grade employees ke pass apni baat rakhne ka dam hi nahin hota. Is case ki jaanch honi chahiye.
