School, Hata, on the Tatanagar-Badampahar railway line between Jui and Haldipokhur. The second memorandum requested the construction of a PCC paved road connecting the Hata-Haldipokhur main road (NH 220) to the railway underpass, a distance of approximately 80 feet. The memorandum stated that the absence of lighting in the railway underpass poses a risk of accidents for schoolchildren, villagers, and others.
