Railway Board. Goyal, who took over as NCR GM in January, was already in line for promotion. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from UBS, Chandigarh and has previously worked as a Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) in Bilaspur and Mumbai, and as a Principal Chief Operating Manager in North East Frontier Railway and North Western Railway. He has also served as Principal Chief Commercial Manager in North Railway, New Delhi.

Unhone DRM ke role mein Bilaspur aur Mumbai mandals mein kaam kiya hai.
