ko proper dumping yards mein dispose kiya jaayega. Railway officials time to time inspection karenge aur agar koi rule break karta hai toh usko punish kiya jaayega. Passengers se bhi request ki gayi hai ki woh kachra na fekein aur agar koi aisa karta hai toh uski complaint karein.
