and trying to alert him, Sarojanan didn't move. The pilot expertly stopped the train, but Sarojanan was trapped under the grill. Passengers and railway police helped to free him. Sarojanan sustained serious injuries and was taken to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College after receiving initial treatment at Parassala.
