12-13 minutes. A railway doctor was called, and Poonam was taken to a hospital by his relatives. Santosh Ram, traveling from Gwalior to Samastipur, had difficulty breathing. He was helped by Shailendra Kumar Mishra who provided oxygen from a cylinder and called a railway doctor. Santosh was referred to SKMCH after initial treatment. He reportedly had a mild heart attack. Due to the festive season and increased passenger volume, RPF Inspector Manish Kumar has formed a team to patrol platforms and assist passengers.

Santosh Ram, Gwalior se Samastipur a raha tha, usko saans lene me dikkat ho rahi thi. Shailendra Kumar Mishra ne usko oxygen cylinder se oxygen diya aur railway doctor ko bulaya. Santosh ko initial treatment ke baad SKMCH refer kiya gaya. Aisa pata chala ki usko mild heart attack aaya tha. Festival season aur passengers ki zyada bheed ke wajah se, RPF Inspector Manish Kumar ne ek team banayi hai, jo platforms pe ghoom kar passengers ki madad karti hai.
