Rourkela. Upon arriving in Rourkela on Monday, Minister Oram was greeted by the President of Rourkela Vikas Manch, Dr. Suman Datta, and the President of the Rail and Road Users Association, Amulya Charan Baral, among others. They presented a memorandum outlining various demands, including the speedy completion of the Bimlagarh Talcher railway line, the introduction of air services from Rourkela Airport to Delhi, and the establishment of an ESI Medical College in Rourkela.
