din ki time pe chalne wali express trains pe koi change nahi aayega. Foreigners ke liye 365 din pehle booking ki facility jaise thi waise hi rahegi. Is change ka matlab hai ki ab log tickets ko hold karke nahi rakh payenge aur agents bhi tickets ko hold nahi kar payenge. Ye change ticket black marketing ko bhi rokne ke liye hai.
