REGULARISATION OF TRAINS
v1 pair of MEMU Passenger Train between Santragachi-Jhargram which is presently running as Special Train will be regularized with number 68001/68008. Date of regularization will be notified later.
v1 pair of EMU Local between Santragachi-Uluberia which is presently running as Special Train will be regularized with train number 38101/38110 w.e.f. 01/9/2014.
EXTENSION OF SERVICES
v68007/68002 Howrah-Belda MEMU Passenger will be extended to run upto Jaleswar and the date of extension up to Jaleswar will be notified later.
v1 pair of Howrah-Panskura EMU Local will be extended up to Kharagpur w.e.f. 1stSeptember, 2014 with New Number 38721/38704
CHANGE IN DEPARTURE TIME AT DIFFERENT
ORIGINATING STATIONS OVER S E RAILWAY
The departure time of 16 Mail/Express Trains originating from Howrah, Shalimar, Haldia, Digha, Tatanagar, Ranchi and Hatia will be changed. This apart, the departure time of 12 Passenger/MEMU/DEMU trains will also be changed from Howrah, Kharagpur and other originating stations over S E Railway. This will be effective from 1stSeptember, 2014.
ADDITIONAL STOPPAGES
7 EMU and MEMU Trains between Howrah-Kharagpur, Howrah-Panskura, Howrah-Midnapur, Midnapur-Kharagpur, Jhargram-Kharagpur will have additional stoppages w.e.f. 1stSeptember, 2014.

Do anybody have any idea regarding halts of Howrah Mumbai AC Premium ?? My guess is : halts will be at Tatanagar Raipur Nagpur Bhusawal and one out of Bilaspur and Rourkela .
