Water is flowing above Danger Level across all the 23 rivers b/w Alipurduar Jn-New Jalpaiguri.So PSR of 30 kmph has been applied across the River Span.There is a chance of landslide in atleast 7 locations.So trains will be running at a controlled speed till the Rains stop which may require another 15 days.Percentage of ticket sales have dropped down to atleast 30% because of incessant rainfall in the area for past few days which have affected passenger revenue seriously.

Admin who told you to re-route via New Coochbehar-New Alipurduar...??? NFR notification says will run via Sonailli-Salmari instead of Kumedpur...where does it say that it'll run via NOQ instead of APDJ?
I'm sure this is done by some Admin who doesnt want to see trains via Elephant Corridor...please dont play party politics in IRI...

As 15644 KYQ PURI Exp(which runs non stop b/w Alipurduar & Siliguri) arrived 1 Hr late at APDJ,so 55726 Passenger will be overtaken by it either at MJE/DLO.The Morning Passenger towards Siliguri has very high priority & normally sticks to its time because lot of Daily Passengers use it for commuting to their workplace.But Overtake & consequent delay is inevitable today.Presently 15644 has crossed Hasimara & 55726 has just arrived at Mujnai,a difference of 19 kms b/w these two trains.Let us see where does the overtake occurs.
