उत्‍तर प्रदेश में शामली रेलवे स्टेशन पर खड़ी दिल्ली सीएनजी शामली सहारनपुर पैसेंजर ट्रेन के इंजन में रविवार सुबह अचानक आग लग गई। आग लगने से रेलवे स्‍टेशन पर अफरा-तफरी जैसी स्थिति पैदा हो गई। जीआरपीएफ और आरपीएफ आधिकारियों को इस घटना के बारे में सूचना हुई तो आनन-फानन में बाल्‍टी का पानी लेकर डालने लगे। फायरमैन को सूचना दी गई। कुछ देर बाद फायर ब्रिगेड की गाड़ी ने आग पर काबू पाया लेकिन तबतक आधा इंजन जल चुका था। रात को स्‍टेशन पर आकर पैसेंजर गाड़ी खड़ी हुई थी। जिसका इंजन अलग कर दिया गया था। रविवार सुबह के समय ड्यूटी दे रहे जीआरपी के सिपाही ने आग का गोला देखा तो उसके होस उड़ गए। उसने तुरंत सूचना दी। कई घंटों की मशक्‍कत के बाद दमकल गाड़ी ने आग पर काबू पाया। गनीमत है कि सीएनजी टैंकर तक आग नहीं पहुंची। नहीं तो भारी नुकसान हो सकता था। रेलकर्मी...

आग लगने के कारणों की जांच कर रहे हैं।एक तरफ ट्रेन में आग धधकती रही। वहीं दूसरी ओर जुटी भीड़ ने वीडियो बनाना शुरू कर दिया। चर्चा है कि इसमें कई अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे। इन लोगों ने जलते इंजन के आग बूझाने का भी प्रयास नहीं किया।

A sudden fire broke out in the engine of the Delhi CNG Shamli Saharanpur passenger train parked at Shamli railway station in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday morning. The fireman was informed. After some time the fire brigade controlled fire but by then half the engine was burnt. Passenger train was parked at the station at night. Whose engine was disassembled. Thankfully, the fire did not reach the CNG tanker. Otherwise there could have been a huge loss. Railway personnel are investigating the cause of the fire. These people did not even attempt to extinguish the burning engine.
