It is strange that IR and ECR run a passenger train that covers only 6 km. The Shanki and Sidhwar section is now open, but ECR and RB don't seem interested in extending this train within their jurisdiction. They don't need any NOC to extend it up to Mesra, and they aren't granting NOC to SER to extend the Hatia-Shanki passenger train up to Hazaribagh Town. This is a very rude and pathetic attitude from ECR and RB toward this line.
