ग्वालियर | शनिश्चरी अमावस्या पर रेलवे द्वारा ग्वालियर-भिंड के बीच एक स्पेशल ट्रेन 5 जनवरी को चलाई जाएगी। ये ट्रेन ग्वालियर स्टेशन से सुबह 10: 35 बजे रवाना होगी जो बिरला नगर स्टेशन 10:44 बजे पहुंचेगी। भदरौली से 10:56 बजे रवाना होगी और शनिचरा स्टेशन पर 11:06 बजे पहुंचेगी। भिंड स्टेशन दोपहर 1 बजे पहुंचेगी। भिंड से वापसी में यह ट्रेन 1:20 बजे शनिचरा के लिए रवाना होगी।
ग्वालियर- बरौनी एक्सप्रेस अब झाँसी- कानपुर नही सीधा इटावा होते हुए कानपुर जाएगी ।
लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ने बोर्ड को प्रस्ताव दिया है कि ग्वालियर- हावड़ा एक्सप्रेस को इंदौर से चलाया जाए यानी ग्वालियर से इंदौर तक एक्सटेंशन दिया जाये वहीँ भिंड सांसद ने ग्वालियर- बरौनी एक्सप्रेस को वाया इटावा चलाने का प्रस्ताव दिया है ।
