Anyway the train is bound for a NFR station. PM is done by ER. So, nothing wrong in saying NFR is operating the train. After all, both the zones are going to share the revenue.

digit "3" in the train number 22301/2 represent ER zone(HWH div).
So it's ownership falls under ER only.

I understand that and I am aware of train numbering system. Dont need a lesson on it. What I mean to say, train running "under" NFR doesnt mean train is owned by NFR. It means that service operates within NFR.
