Ye fare difference do saal se chal raha hai, aur yeh COVID-19 pandemic ke baad South Eastern Railway (SER) aur East Coast Railway (ECoR) ne alag alag fare adjustments kiye hain. SER ne pandemic ke baad apna fare adjust kar liya hai, lekin ECoR abhi tak apna fare adjust nahi kar paya hai. Isse passengers ki complaints aa rahi hain aur ECoR abhi fare difference ko dekh raha hai.
