This initiative will also see the introduction of new trains, increased train stoppages, and improved passenger amenities. These inaugurations will be conducted virtually through a video conferencing event on Monday. The project includes the revamp of 24 stations and 41 overbridges/underpasses in the Lucknow Division of North Railway. The total expenditure on these projects is estimated to be INR 1872 crore. This includes three Amrit Railway Stations in Lucknow.
