When Vikas returned later, the police refused to release Kapil and sent him back to the station. Kapil never returned home. The next morning, his body was found on the railway track near Vishwanathpuri station. Rakesh, Kapil's son, claims that his father was taken in for questioning by the police and never returned. Charkaghira police station ne Kapil ko questioning ke liye bulaaya. Uska beta Vikas apne papa ke saath police station gaya, lekin police ne Vikas ko vapas bhej diya aur kaha ki woh Kapil ko questioning ke baad release karenge. Jab Vikas baad mein vapas gaya, police ne Kapil ko release karne se mana kar diya aur use vapas station bhej diya. Kapil kabhi ghar vapas nahi aaya. Agle din subah, uska body Vishwanathpuri station ke paas railway track par mila. Kapil ka beta Rakesh keh raha hai ki uske papa ko police ne questioning ke liye bulaaya tha aur woh vapas nahi aaye. Woh uske papa ki maut ke circumstances ki investigation ki demand kar raha hai.

Karachana, Mirzapur mein loco pilots ke liye alternative running rooms dekha, Unchdih mein Meja Energy Thermal Power plant ki capacity check ki, aur Chunar DFC line pe Vishwanathpuri aur Dagmagpur station ka connection bhi dekha.
